On 20th July 2021, the South Australian premier announced a 6 day lockdown due to the Modbury cluster of Covid-19. Today in lockdown I painted the hallway.

And taking frequent TikTok breaks.

I am a little disappointed as the painting is not 100% finished, but it’s pretty close. I will do more tomorrow, but I am not sure I will finish because tomorrow is:

Writing Monday!

Even lockdowns have writing Mondays!

So everyone Monday is writing Monday, because that is my ‘day off’ with work. I aim to write at least 5000 words each writing Monday, but the reality can sometimes be different. However, I have already made the deal with myself: Once I write 5000 words tomorrow, I can go back to painting.
